		<description>I love rutabagas!  Next time take your rutabagas, peel and chop them into bite size pieces, put them in a pot and cover with water.  Sprinkle 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar in the pot and boil until they are soft.  Drain the water and mash the rutabagas with 3-4 Tbsp butter.  They are similar to mashed potatoes but are tangy and zippy.  Great with pork or chicken!</description>

P- I think it&#039;s so interesting how different veggies got their names, and how they&#039;re called different names in different places.  I also learned that they&#039;re called &quot;neeps&quot; in Scottland.</description>
