Not exactly, but I suspect I will vert shortly. I found one to try for my living food blog that I expect to be delicious only I haven’t seen any sunchokes around yet. I just discovered “The Weekly Veggie.” I love vegetables, so I felt like a child in a toy store as I perused the various links today. Needless to say, I did not get much work done. Thanks for your efforts in developing this site. I hope I will be able to find some Jerusalem artichokes.

Love, love, love these! I boil them, then peel and eat with hollandaise, they taste like artichoke hearts :-)
